I like to explain math concepts via visual aids (graphs, pictures, charts, diagrams) and an extensive number of examples. I taught advanced high school mathematics at McKinney Christian Academy for five years (2005 - 2010). This involved the following classes: AP Calculus AB, Honors PreCalculus, and Advanced Algebra II. I also think that using real world examples while teaching is key to helping them understand.
