A Little Bit About Me...

I love the one on one interaction a tutor has with the students. I believe all children have a unique style of learning and we need to help them find their own way of learning. As I mentioned, I have 3 younger siblings-I've been helping with homework forever, and I understand the frustrations that naturally occur when concepts seem elusive. Additionally, I am completely aware that I'm not perfect; I've taken a lot of upper level, difficult courses, and know what it's like to have trouble, sometimes with the easiest concepts. However, consistent interactions with a teacher helped me to find success in so many gruesome classes (Advanced Computational Biology, anyone?).
