I like working with high school students with a desire to learn. As a senior member of the Civil Air Patrol, working with the cadets was a pleasure. Their abilities ranged from marginal to excellent, but every cadet had a strong desire to learn and excel in every thing they did in Civil Air Patrol. We had several cadets go the military academies and become excellent officers and pilots.
Thirty five years experience in Information Technology with positions ranging from Programmer/Analyst to Consultant to Manager. Five years engineering experience in Flight Test, Aircraft Stability and Flight Controls, and Aircraft Structures. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate of Computer Science, I have exceptional educational skills in math, computer science, English both oral and written, and Spanish. I have also tutored students for the last 2 years in Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trig., and Calculus. In addition, I assist several Spanish natives in learning how to speak, read, and write English. Moreover, I teach Career Placement and Student Success courses at West Central Technical College and it helps me with research, written communication, grammatical errors, and survey results.

A Little Bit About Me...

During my undergraduate studies, I was selected the Departmental Tutor for French language by the Converse College Foreign Language Department. I also taught an entry-level French "drill" class for four years throughout my undergraduate experience. For three years after my graduation from college, I worked with at-risk youth as a wilderness instructor, and also a behavior modification specialist. During my work with at-risk youth, I also tutored such subjects as science, English, algebra, and foreign language.
Education is of utmost importance to me, and I believe that all children can learn, but some lack the study skills necessary to succeed in school.
