Experience Summary
1992- Current I have been teaching for more than 12+ years. 1st grade Sunday School and also an Awana teacher for Cubbies. Provided tutoring for bus ministry children; reading, writing and math.
1989-2004 Teaching BSEP to US Military Army Branch. Basic Math, Algebra, Reading Comprehensive and Biology and General Science and upper levels of science to help soldiers to be promoted to next rank and prepare for war time. Also taught law for the US and other countries to the soldiers.
2000-2004 Tutor Soliders Map Reading, Government and Cultural History, Russian and Latin to Soliders deploying.
2007 - 2010 Tutor Excel, Word, and Typing, Comptuer programming, Currently Teach Family Planning and GED Prep for FISH
Teaching Style
I love working with not only the students but the parents as well; this will help the parent(s) have some understanding and can work with child as well. I enjoy working with all types of children; my goal is to help the child and the parent to understand and get the best education that he/she could possilby get. I believe in the no child left behind program. I like to answer a question with a question and get the student to think and answer the question on their own with some supervision. I am a hand on teacher. I like to show them how to do it first and then let the individual ask question and do the next problem.
