I am an ACT specific tutor but I can tutor for other needs as well. I provide the supplies including tests, calculator, ACT watches,etc. I prefer to work out of Starbucks on 29th and Wanamaker but that can be negotiated. I am a high school senior but I have been tutoring since freshman year in Science and Math for both underclassman and elementary students. I have a 33 on the ACT and I also have a recommendation from an ACT certified tutor. I think lots of modeling and review of the concepts being taught is essential. I want the student to observe the modeling and then for me to guide them through the learning of the concepts. Students should be fully engaged in order to gain a full understanding. I have been tutoring all subjects K-8 for over 15 years. I am a certified teacher and currently teach 6th grade.
