I graduated from UCF in 2006 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and I've been working as an engineer and project manager in the field ever since. My job requires several certifications that I've had to complete and pass, which is to say math and science are two subjects I use on a daily basis! Math and science are subjects I excelled at while in school and I do have some previous tutoring experience among family friends (the students I tutored were in middle school and high school). I have 15 years experience as a private music teacher. I have taught flute, harp and piano to students from age 5 to adult. I have been a classroom teacher for 5 years. I recently finished the requirements to receive my teaching certification but have not filled for it yet (I plan to have it by the fall).
