I have a diverse field of experience. I received a dual B.A. in Linguistics and Anthropology in 2006. This allows me to understand language tutoring at a deeper level than most tutors. My philosophy of teaching is to train the student to think like a scientist and/or mathematician. I have never been someone who "just gets it" when it comes to math or science, and so I understand more than many people who pursued degrees in these subjects just how puzzling they can be.
