I like teaching hands on and finding out with the student is into to help them connect with the area they are having trouble with. I like to make learning fun as well as applicable to real life situations so they can see how it applies to them. Right out of college I worked as a substitute teacher and then as a para-professional for 3-4 years with both learning support and emotional support students. Upon moving to Florida I accepted a third grade teaching position for St. Lucie County and have been doing that since 2007.
