Experience Summary
I have been working with children as a babysitter, nanny, student teacher, daycare worker, and teacher for approximately 7 years now. I graduated from UCF in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I am ESOL certified and have worked in Title 1 schools for 2 years as a 3rd grade teacher. I have tutored through Princeton Review and Title I tutoring programs at Chester A. Moore Elementary. I have tutored 4th and 5th grade students in Reading and 3rd grade students in Reading test prep.
Teaching Style
All students learn in different, unique ways. I love to use technology, hands-on activities, Kagan strategies, and various resources to instruct students. It is very important to keep students motivated & to facilitate learning.
