I began working with children at the age of 10 in the capacity of babysitter/activities director. As a teen I began working in daycare centers and have worked in the capacity of teacher/assistant teacher/ director/owner. I have taught public school in Florida and the Bronx, NY over the past 5 years. I have worked as a drop-out prevention teacher and have had the privileged to work with a large number of disadvantaged and at-risk students. All of our staff members are highly qualified with over 100 hours of training and observations. Our staff develops a specific intervention plan during an initial session with the child. A detailed lesson plan is developed weekly to encompass each student’s strengths and weakness as they progress through the programs.
