I have been involved in various aspects of education for almost a decade. I have subbed, volunteered, run my own classroom and provided educational resource support in small groups as well as in one on one environment. The majority of my full time experience is at the middle school level but I have also worked in the elementary setting. All of our staff members are highly qualified with over 100 hours of training and observations. Our staff develops a specific intervention plan during an initial session with the child. A detailed lesson plan is developed weekly to encompass each student’s strengths and weakness as they progress through the programs. The staff continuously updates and/or revises student goals as the student either masters a particular area or shows difficulty. Each staff member keeps a detailed log on each component of the program that is covered in a particular session. The session notes include the academic performance of each new task.
