During my time as a graduate student in Organic Chemistry at UW-Madison, and my time as an instructor at UW-Whitewater, I have taught a wide variety of courses to a wide variety of students. I have taught Organic Chemistry Laboratory, General Chemistry Lecture and Laboratory, as well as a Chemistry for the Consumer Lecture and Laboratory, which is a course for non-science majors. There is no better moment that when a child becomes engaged and starts understanding and asking questions. Once a child starts asking questions you know that they are excited about it and want to learn. When teaching my goal is always to get children excited about what they are doing and then proceed from there. All children have different strengths and I try to work from those strengths. I recently graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering. I have taken extensive courses in math and science. Math and science are fields that I love and excel at.
