Experience Summary
I have earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry, and throughout my school days I excelled in math and science and was often asked for help in understanding the class material by my fellow students. I was a teaching assistant for two years, and instructed chemistry laboratories. I also ran office hours to instruct students in the math and problems in the lecture course they were having problems with. I have mostly tutored in math and science.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and seeing the student's eyes light up when they understand something that had been eluding them. I am patient and considerate. My teaching style tends to be by example, or by visual. As my main field is chemistry, I have used drawings and molecule kits as visual examples whenever required. I like to have my students find science and math to be fun and interesting.
