As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled. I truly love sharing my knowledge and being able to teach others. In addition to teaching, I am also a lifelong student. I have a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, an Associates Degree in Website Design and I am working towards an Associates Degree in Computer Programming. As a retired broadcast engineer who loves math, I chose to begin a new career in education, tutoring math. As a student I competed in math contests. I placed in the top ten in the East Tennessee region two years in a row. I have made extensive use of my math background in my career as an engineer and now I use my engineering career as background for teaching math. I have tutored students in middle school, high school and college levels. I have even tutored adults who were preparing for the GACE exam required for teacher certification in Georgia.
