Learning is a journey. I have a map but you have the wheels

My comments on tutoring Science : Physical science

I received a B.S. in Chemistry and an minor in Mathematics and eventually took enough hours to hold a teaching certificate to teach secondary Math and Science. I taught Chemistry for 16 of my 19 years and also Math, Physics, and Digital Electronics for a few years. I feel that each student has their own individual style of learning and I will take that into consideration when tutoring your son/daughter. I know that not everyone learns the same way and that there is not a concrete form of teaching and that to be able to reach an individual student, the teacher must accomodate their teaching style to reach the student.
I taught Environmental Science to disadvantaged kids in McKenzie, TN while on summer break from college and then I taught young children about animals and their lifesytles at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
