Will need to brush up myself, so we'll learn together! One on One is the ideal method for me as it allows time dedicated to the tutored. It makes them feel special and appreciated and also allows time for coaching and motivation. I believe teaching style is dictated by the student. I have noticed that some take to hands on training better or repeating of the process till it is learned.
