Experience Summary
Experience: Responsible for monitoring training of individuals on shift and delegating work assignments. I would assist in designing training aids and test. I was responsible for scheduling training, perform the training, and then following up with making sure it is recorded and tracked.
Teaching Style
I believe teaching style is dictated by the student. I have noticed that some take to hands on training better or repeating of the process till it is learned.
I like to teach a subject and have the student repeat it back to me when I am done to make sure they have learned anything from what I have just said.
