Through my education at Houghton College, I have earned two BA degrees in Spanish and Intercultural Studies. My undergraduate experience included a semester abroad in Santiago, Chile, involving a 5-month homestay with a Chilean family and direct enrollment in courses at Universidad Pontificia Catolica de Chile. A Little Bit About Me...

I have earned a Bachelors Degree in History which has enabled me to gain understanding in many areas of sociology and geography. In addition, I'm a native Portuguese speaker and am able to understand, speak and read, Spanish and French. During the last 3 years, I have tutored students in Portuguese, Spanish and French and assisted elementary students with their homework assignments.

My experience with tutoring, employee training and working with my own two children has shown me that there are many different learning styles and paces. It is exciting to find that key for each person and watch their growth and development through learning.
