A Little Bit About Me...

I am a very patient and kind hearted person. I am able to relate to teenagers and can get through to children. I find that as long as I have the students respect, then progress can be made. I do not come in demanding their respect or attempting to force their respect. I come in a friendly manner and I will conduct the course in that same manner. I don't have a problem laughing and joking about, but when push comes to shove, the material will always be gotten through. I want them to understand what they are learning.

In college, I was the person that other students came to for guidance with difficult topics, from mathematical equations to evolutionary theory. Since I earned my BS in wildlife biology, I have taught in many capacities, including as a substitute teacher and as a trainer for new employees.
