Growing up I dealt with dyslexia. I understand that each and every kid has a different learning style and not one style is better then the rest. My goal is to make learning as much fun as possible by pin-pointing the learning style of the student and finding ways to make learning more interesting. My most important goal is to teach children that everyone has the skills to excel and that learning can be fun. More importantly, I want children to understand that though their learning style may be different from his/her classmates it does not make them any less smart.

There is nothing I love more than working with children. I am continually fascinated by how children learn and how they help me to grow as an educator. I consider myself to be very patient and caring. I know that learning is a process and just like any other process, it takes time with the right techniques and practice. I also consider myself to be very diverse with my learning styles.
