I graduated with honors from a formal university, where I tutored fellow classmates; however, I gained most of my tutoring and teaching experience overseas, in a universal classroom. I have taught youth and adults in Mexico, Spain, Chad, Benin, Morocco and other countries. In most of those cases I was teaching English, but I also taught key aspects of health, sustainable development, lifelong skills and leadership. I taught classes ranging in size between 5 and 100. Teaching is not for everyone, but I knew it was for me when I started student teaching and felt the adrenaline rush of 25 eyes staring up at me for guidance. I feel the need to spread as much knowledge as possible to the up and coming generations.I always feel rewarded when the day ends because I was able to help students get a better grasp on life. I also believe that the student is the teacher as well. Through my experiance, a student can teach an instructor just as much as the instructor can teach them.
