I feel that each child is different and based off of their temperment and ability I individualize my approach. I feel that children learn best when they are respected and acknowledged. I consider many different approaches once I meet and begin working with a student.
After earning my BS in Elementary Education from Indiana University I took a teaching position with INSCCAP in 2008. My primary responsibility is to assess development and individualized education needs of the children in my class.
