I love working with students and seeing their joy when something finally clicks. I believe learning must be a concrete process with plenty for the students to touch and manipulate in order to succeed. It's impossible for a teacher to use only one strategy because children all learn different. To be effective, a teacher must get to know the students and figure out what helps them then stick out that path.
