As far as experience goes, I've just spent four years as a professional writing major at Kutztown University. I don't have a teaching degree, but I do have experience working with children at Over the Rainbow Nursery School. I would be in classrooms of different age groups ranging from new-borns to 5-year-olds. I prefer one-on-one only because that's how I personally learn best, and in a one-on-one atmosphere it's easier to pinpoint what one particular child is having problems with.
