I have been taking math classes since my freshman year in high school. Math is by far my favorite subject. I have taken everything from pre-algebra to calculus, including Statistics. I am currently working as a Mechincal Engineer and would love to assist others with their math needs. I am also very advanced in the use of AutoCAD/Drafting for Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Surveying. I have had 8 years experience with the AutoCAD program, and would love to get involved with any high school student that needs a little extra help.
I enjoy being around others that love to learn. I pride myself in my skills and never turn someone down that is willing to learn. I believe that any student can learn what they want to learn if they are given a good chance and the right experiences.

I really enjoy teaching and working with all with students in a one on one environment.. It's very fulfilling to see a student improve, but it takes practice, patience and hard work from the both the student and teacher. It's a team effort, when we both work hard, it makes it possible for the students to exceed there goals. My real world background allows me to relate to students in very different ways and provide them a background on what is being learned and it helps them remember not only the steps involved but the questions to ask to solve the problem at hand. I am a very methodical and meticulous personality. I graduated from the UF in May 2010 with a BS in Structural Engineering and a minor in Latin American Studies and am working on my master’s degree at Virginia Tech in Geotechnical Engineering. I took extra courses to learn Haitian Creole and Spanish and am in the midst of teaching myself French because I enjoy learning languages. While at the UF, I was a resident assistant for the freshmen residence halls. I mentored and tutored my residents in math, beginner’s chemistry, and physics.
