In 2011, I volunteered as a French teacher in Stuart Florida for a nonprofit organization called Hispanics in action and I loved it. Giving back to my community is extremely important to me. Depending on the area we need to work, the focus of the lesson will vary, but more often my students need all four skills to develop (speaking, listening, writing and reading). I strongly believe in the communicative approach in which I'm internationally certified. I'm open to my students wishes and preferences and choose activities for lessons accordingly.

I am a teacher by degree and have tutored a number of students in how to build their grades. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have a speciality in Esol. I believe the most important area for a student to learn is to first learn how it is he/she best learns. If the student learns by listening, then we concentrate in that area, if the student has to read and take notes, then we concentrate this area.
