Hello, my name is Lauren and I absolutely love tutoring! I have tutored since I was in high school (about 5 years of experience total)and more recently have worked as a Peer Tutor at Westminster College, as well as teaching private voice and piano lessons. As a biology major, I'm most experienced in science and math related areas, particularly general biology, general chemistry, statistics, algebra, and geometry. I love teaching & sharing new experiences in a creative way!

I was a natural born musician, started playing guitar at the age of 2. Later switched to piano and took formal lessons for 7 years. I have composed scores for several plays and small projects. I still compose music to this day. I gained an interest in French when I was in middle school. From there, I learned it very quickly and continued to build on it through making French films and going on a biking excursion in France. Mon voyage était formidable et j'ai appris beaucoup!

A Little Bit About Me...

Over the course of the last 10 years both in the workplace and earning a 4 year degree I have learned many important skills in the areas of math. reading, and writing. I have had to used these skills in research papers, class projects, creating reports for VP of companies, creating profit margins and so on.
