In January of 2012, I gained teaching experience as a part-time English instructor for Korean exchange students (ages ranging from 13 to 17 years old). My responsibility for this job was to provide the students with appropriate exercises and assignments to assist them in improving their English reading skills. Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! I am a news and features writer for a weekly newspaper in Chino and Chino Hills, and also write screenplays and fiction. Finding a unique perspective from which to approach any subject and matching it with the storytelling style that best captures the tone is my greatest strength.

Teaching a student to ask questions and arrive at their own conclusions, with guided discussion, is the best way to ensure that the knoweldge stays with them. The questions are at least as important as the answers.
