A Little Bit About Me...

I was a private tutor in Italy. I mainly taught English privately to high school students. Teaching Italian happened few times and usual was about literature and poetry, but my school education (university and senior high school) allowed me to get a deep knowledge of my native language and culture. .
I like to take advantage of the new technologies. The learning of the grammar is supported by the use of music, movies and books. Several exercise will be executed using these kind of materials as well as normal written and oral exercise.

A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style can be very academic if required. The style varies according to age, but it is always pursued with fun and engagement. Learning languages is also learning the origin of words and the historical and social background of the people and country studied. I love particularly the contextualization of teaching languages, which cannot prescind from the people who speak that particular language, their history or geography.
I studied European Languages since the age of 14, starting at the Licee (a kind of school that does not exist in this country) with Latin and Ancient Greek. I continued on at the University with an in depth study of Eastern European languages, Russian and Polish, and eventually studied also French.
