Currently, I have been teaching Emergency Medicine to help Reynolds Army Community Hospital maintain 100% proficiency in job qualifications and standards. My teaching style involves getting to know the student as a person first and going from there. Learning how he/she learns something new and what he/she knows and doesn't know quite yet.
