I conduct myself in a very positive manner and do a very good job in navigating between teaching material to the class and supportively intervening with behavior challenges and conducting solid classroom management. On two different occasions in the first class, I addressed a concern, did not power struggle and both situations ended up positively for the youth and for the rest of the class.

I have always been a believer in giving students a foundation from which to learn and grow. I enjoy teaching students basic skills that can be applied to many different subject areas. For example, I think things like test-taking skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills are all things that can transfer between subject areas and even outside of the classroom.
