Dealing with A.D.D my entire life, I've learned how to break apart the entire problem(or essay) into better and more clear parts. A good educator needs to demand accountability from it's students. I utilize several different teaching strategies and attempt to pull strengths from the youth and work with positives. I give examples and direct youth in the direction of the correct answers. I utilize reading and instructing out loud to the class, writing on the board for further and clearer instructions and information, using real life ideas and situations to help explain the lesson (ex. of using microwave and cooking to help explain temperature and gave reminders at the end of class for work completion, assignments and expectations.
