My teaching style is trying to relate to each person and make everything easier for them. Dealing with A.D.D my entire life, I've learned how to break apart the entire problem(or essay) into better and more clear parts. A good educator needs to demand accountability from it's students. I believe that a student needs to do a little work every day, instead of a lot in one day. I stress that every student keeps a notebook that highlights main ideas in every subject. I have been through it, so I know what is important long-term.

I do indeed love to teach. My approach is relaxed, well-prepared, encouraging, and humorous when appropriate. I prefer interactive communications. My passion for the subject matter is obvious in my enthusiasm. I am punctual but am not a clock-watcher. I am there for as long as someone needs me. I also make my phone number available in case a student needs to ask me a question. I like to start a tutoring/teaching process by developing mutually agreed-upon learning goals. Finally, I find that the most effective way to impart knowledge is to make it as real and applied as possible.
