I have over fifteen years of experience teaching elementary students with a focus on reading and writing skills. Typically, I teach the material for a short period in the beginning of the lesson, but focus my efforts on reinforcing the acquisition of knowledge and skill in the student through activities and cooperative discussion of the material. As an undergraduate student, I was actively involved with various grade levels. When I completed my undergraduate studies, I received a job working with children from pre-kindergarten up to kindergarten.
