As a graduate of Indiana University and a current law student at the Ave Maria School of Law, I was and still very much am driven by a desire to learn and share that knowledge with those around me. My teaching style involves demonstrating how to understand a problem or perform a task before I ask the student to do so. By facilitating students in such a way, I believe they have a more one-on-one learning experience, as opposed to a strict lecture setting. With guidance and demonstration, I believe it is easier for students to learn without pressure. I have a BS in journalism, and a specialization in advertising/integrated marketing communications. As an active member of my community, in the form of pageantry, volunteering, and leadership, I have always enjoyed instructing others. Currently, I love my job at Midwest Generation as an Instructional Designer of Training.
