I began teaching at a very young age. I began my own music lesson company which taught basic level of piano, guitar, saxophone and voice lessons out of my house before I began high school. After achieving my certificate of proficiency in Spanish from Hamline I then began to also privately tutor Spanish. I also have earned my TEFL/TESOL certificate and will eventually go abroad and teach English overseas.

I believe that each child has their own special style of learning in which they succeed the best at. When I tutor students I take the time to get to know each student on an individual basis and as a unique person. I make it a priority to determine their learning style and use that to implement a plan. I try and understand the reason they are having problems in their studies and then execute a plan in which they can succeed.
