I try to make the lesson fun and applicable to real life so that the student can be interested in the topic instead of just feeling like they have to memorize the information. I acquired my tutoring experience teaching my classmates a few lessons of math classes here and there in subjects like pre-algebra, both algebra I and II, and pre-calculus. From my tutoring classes, they have seen significant results.I have also had previous experience in teaching piano using the Suzuki program. In the cases of multiple sessions, I DO assign homefun (as opposed to homework), so that the student will have some experience when next we meet. I am an experienced graphic and web designer.
