I like to stay relaxed and have fun, telling a few jokes along the way. It's hard to learn things if you're not interested, and even more so if you're struggling with it! I push students a bit once I'm sure they understand something, and I always try to get them to be at their very best.
I have been doing Physics for 7 years, and can't think of anything I would rather be doing! Science is so cool to me, especially seeing all the strange ways the world does things when you know how it works. Informal for large groups as I wanted the students to see me as like them, but with enough capability to inspire them to listen. I learned early on you cannot make anybody learn anything.
