The fields were circuit design, applied mathematics and practical laboratory equipment usage. I also gave lectures in Applied Optics (physics) for Seniors at Clarkson University during my last Doctoral year (1984-85) at campus.
Informal for large groups as I wanted the students to see me as like them, but with enough capability to inspire them to listen. I learned early on you cannot make anybody learn anything. I accepted the responsibility, and started to tutor many of my fellow students in such topics as atomic bonding theory, dimensional analysis, reactions, etc. As time when on, I was ask to tutor for Organic Chemistry 1 as well.
