As a student, I am always committed to learning and to achieving my goals. I stated tutoring my friends at high school with the subjects the have a hard time with , especially math. Now in college i try to help my mates to easily understand math problems. I strive to help others share the same love for learning and for understanding as I do. I have always tried to apply a hands on approach when instructing others. It has almost always worked, and when it has not worked I tried to find the learning style of the individual and adapt to his or her needs. When correcting papers or reports I have always found that discussing what needs improvement with that person helps with them understanding the issue so that they will learn from the mistake.
