A Little Bit About Me...

In my experience, most students under perform in science and math due to the an inability to relate theses subjects to practical real life examples. Connecting chemistry and physics principles with analogous real life examples is the key for students to become both interested and proficient in these subjects. When a student gains an appreciation for a subject, it will certainly be reflected in by their grades.
After attending the University at Albany for four years I have accumulated a wealth of experience in Chemistry and Physics which has culminated in multiple accolades and two degrees. A Little Bit About Me...

My journey through the undergraduate sciences has given me the skills needed to be an effective tutor. Holding a 3.6 GPA, I was able to work with students in group settings, teaching as well as learning. I hated science and math when I was in junior high and high school. When I asked my teachers questions, they didn't give me the answers I was looking for. Luckily, I got into a great university and found out, after taking a few core classes, that I actually love science. Once I really understood some of the key concepts, I found it to be fun and interesting.
