Involving all the senses in a Montessori-style approach reaches more parts of the brain, and increases the desire to learn more. I earned my Engineering Degree in 1998 and have worked my entire career in that field. I recently graduated college with a BA in Human Biology, and I am currently in the transition between undergraduate school and medical school. With a bachelor degree in biology and a follow up minor in chemistry i am well versed in both the life and physical sciences. I am broadfield science certified through the state of Montana which enables me to teach any science course 5-12. I have been a classroom teacher for the past nine years and have extensive experience using technology as a teaching tool. I am very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
As a science educator I strive to have students build their own knowledge with my guidance.
