I believe that every student can learn more than they think

I am a laid back type of instructor and use my experience and intuition to create unique learning environments for each student. I have always loved traveling, learning about different cultures, history, ideologies and of course food and have traveled to over 16 countries and lived in 5, Germany, Israel, Egypt, Turkey and most recently México, where my Spanish speaking and ESL teaching journey began. Students need inspiration!.

I have led several small groups of teenagers and young adults in Biblical studies at Prairie Hill Evangelical Free Church, several musical groups in practicing and performing, and a summer-long book club at Crown College. In gaining my Associate of Arts degree from Crown College, I also led many study groups on subjects ranging from Chemistry to Physics, English Literature to Creative Writing.

Arts and Sciences go hand in hand
