In my experience, children do not all learn at the same pace. My teaching philosophy is to work with children at the level they are at - not where they are "supposed to be at". I think all children deserve all the help and resources that are available to assist them in learning. I have my professional certification in Elementary K-6 and Physical Education K-12. I recently taught Kindergarten and I have more than 30 years experience working with children of all ages.
