My favorite part of tutoring is working with children who are frustrated with a subject and being able to break it down and teach it to them in a way that they can relate to. Also, the self-confidence the student gets that comes from being prepared for a test is very important.

The Greenville County School District uses a computer system to contact teachers to substitute in schools which starts calling substitute teachers at 5:30am on the school day.
