I received my BA from one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country. In addition to my psychology degree, I also studied Spanish extensively. Based on the liberal arts education that I received, I am fully capable of teaching a number of subjects including Spanish, History, and English. Currently, I teach Spanish and US History at a private boarding middle school in Connecticut but am moving to San Francisco for the summer. A Little Bit About Me...

I began my teaching career in Cooperstown, NY in 2001, as a mid-career professional in search of a meaningful job. Previously, I worked in the entertainment industry. Seeking to make a difference in the lives of our children, I moved to Los Angeles to teach English to the children of Latino immigrants. It was the highlight of my teaching profession. Subsequently, my husband and I relocated to NY state where I have been teaching high school (all subjects) to emotionally challenged adolescent students.
