I am a hands-on teacher and I believe in individualizing for all y students only because they all learn at different levels. I am a Pre-K teacher. I have taught for about 13 years all levels. This includes SPED and I really enjoyed the field. I have learned more working with teachers and students that have made a stronger regular educational teacher. I also have tutored grades K-8th in reading, math, study skills, and Beginning Reading K-3 rd. I have also, coordinated and tutored with SES Programs for about four years grades K-8th. I have always loved children and work hard to make a difference in their lives. Children are very diverse learners and I believe, as teachers, we need to discover the key to what really motivates them. I finished my associate’s degree in 1 year. The day I graduated I was asked to join the faculty of the community college.
