Everybody learns differently at a seperate pace.

First, I examine what is needed to be helped with. Next, I sit down and ask the student what he or she seems to be struggling with and why. From there I build a lesson plan with the student and give them the tools they need to succeed. I have worked with children with ADHD and aspergers.

My bachelors is in Elementary Education, but my experiences are in middle school. I started my teaching experience in Salisbury Maryland where I did all of my student teaching. The two sixth grade classrooms that I engaged in were totally different from each other; different demographics, different backgrounds, different school cultures, and the list could go on.
