I have been a teacher for nearly 14 years. I have enjoyed elementary school. The children like the way I teach them all their subjects that are needed. Many times I have taken students who have problems with various subjects and them have elevated themselves for a better understanding of the subject they had trouble with. A Little Bit About Me...

I started teaching chemistry in 1964. During my child-raising years, I did a lot of substitute teaching in various subjects, and worked at part-time and temporary classroom teaching and tutoring. My longest position was at University of Massachusetts, Lowell campus, (1993 through 2004, before moving to Florida), teaching 3 different levels of Freshman Chemistry. I have tutored chemistry, math, and biology in Florida since 2007, as an employee of Advanced Learning Center, St. Petersburg, until 2011, and independently to the present time. A major portion has been at Shorecrest Prep, St Petersburg, 2007 to now. I have met students at school, home, libraries and other public places. Before I started teaching, I engaged in cancer and space research.

Learning Math can be FUN!

With over 35 years experience teaching math, I have successfully taught students from third grade through college calculus.
