Experience Summary
Experinced teacher. I gained 633/677 in old TOEFL.
I use a great deal of activities in the class, such as competitions, dramas, songs, and so on. Many teachers hold the stereotype that Chinese is the most troublesome course, but nobody was absent in my class. Praise, encouragement, humor and comfort is very important during the teaching.
To see the improvement of students is the happiest thing for me.
